Ecosolaris was mandated to install a 10kW solar system connected to the Hydro-Québec grid to allow an owner to recharge his electric car, a gleaming Tesla model S.

    Design, supply and installation of the components required to:

    • Produce enough energy so that its owner can affirm to drive his Tesla with the solar energy.
    • Allow the owner to know the amount of electrical energy produced.
  • Solutions

    Design and install a 10kW solar system connected to the Hydro-Québec network

    • The system consists of 40 photovoltaic panels Axitec 270W and roof support
    • Central inverter Fronius Primo 10kW

    Although the solar panels are not connected directly to the charging station of the car, they allow, on a yearly basis, to produce enough energy so that its owner can affirm to drive with the solar energy. Having registered in the net metering program as a self-producer at Hydro-Québec, the owner can return extra electricity to the grid and consume it later.
