RETURNS POLICY
1. Items Damaged in Transit
If the packaging is damaged in any way when the product arrives, please contact us immediately by phone or email us. We will need photos of the damaged packaging.If a return of the product proves necessary, the shipping costs will be borne by us. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
2. Defective Item
If the product you ordered turns out to be defective, you have 15 days to contact us immediately by phone or email us.If a return of the product proves necessary, the shipping costs will be borne by us. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
3. Product No More Needed or Product Ordered by Mistake
In this case, it will be possible to return the product to us in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are at your expense and the refund will be issued after deduction of the initial delivery fees.
4. Return of a Product That Is No Longer in New ConditionIf the box has been opened or the original packaging is no longer intact, the amount of your refund will be reduced by 25%.If the product has been plugged in or used, the refund amount may be reduced by more than 25%, depending on the condition of the product. An inspection will be carried out when the product is received at our warehouses.
5. "Open Box" Product
Unless there is a malfunction, products from the open box section are final sales.
