Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order if you wish.

2. Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website can be shipped to any location as long as a complete address is provided to us.

3. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are estimated only and are calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to have your product delivered within 15 business days of your order date. Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping practices of the courier company, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping method. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
