Ecosolaris has been selected by a client to design and install a solar system to electrify his cottage and temper his garage he planned to build.
Needs
Design, supply and installation of the components required for:
Determine the best location of the garage and the equipment on the ground
Electrify his cottage
Tempered his garage
Solutions
Make recommendations regarding the ideal location of the garage and generator in the field
Installation of a solar photovoltaic system with a power of 3.3kW on the roof of the garage(increased to 3.96kW thereafter)
Installation of a propane generator
Installation of two solar air heaters on the wall of the garage
Technical solutions
A solar system articulated around the following components has been designed and installed:
10 solar panels 330W (increased to 12 thereafter)
One 79A MPPT charge controller
5 lithium Simpliphy 48V battery – 3.5kWh each
Two Magnum 4400W inverter / charger producing 120V / 240V
One 14kW Kohler propane generator
One remote diagnostic system
One automatic generator start system
Two 1.5 m2 Chinook solar air heater
